Ali Tuff

Ali-Tuff provides exceptional durability and offers a viable alternative to galvanised steel products in difficult conditions such as tidal areas and abrasive of stony soil types. Ali-Tuff brings to the New Zealand drainage market a solution to problems previously experienced in difficult environmental conditions.

Ali-Tuff is Locker Group’s aluminium culvert product range, and offers all the benefits of Duraduct Culvert piping, plus the added advantages of aluminium.

Specifications:

Ali-Tuff is manufactured to comply with the relevant provisions of NZS4405:1986 and should be installed in accordance with NZS4406:1986.

Material used in the manufacturing of this product is a structural 3004/7072 composite engineering Aluminium alloy which complies with, and exceeds the minimum yield strength of 165Mpa, as set down in AASHTO specification M197-88 (1995).

TRANZIT NZ F/3:1998 refers to 'Specifications for the Culvert Pipe Construction' and as such standards referred to in this document would be applicable in all TRANZIT NZ Projects.
