Designed and made to suit New Zealand conditions, Locker Group Duraduct Galvanised Steel Culvert Pipe and Ali-Tuff Aluminium Culvert Pipe are lightweight, strong and developed for ease of installation.

The products are roll-formed with a high-strength trapezoidal profile. They are helically wound with continuous lock-formed seams. This construction makes Locker Group culvert and ducting products extremely robust and creates exceptional ‘height of fill’ performance. Locker Group culverts are available in lengths of up to 10 metres for easier, faster installation and reduced number of joints.

Duraduct culvert pipe has been well established in the farming, forestry and civil engineering industries for many years. Locker Group culvert pipe offers considerable advantages over concrete and plastic culvert products, based on its substantial strength and durability; its unique profile offers in-built rigidity. Duraduct culvert pipe is available in either galvanised or aluminum (Ali-Tuff) for highly corrosive application. Duraduct culvert pipe offers exceptional durability and strength, and yet is lightweight and easy to install. Duraduct Culvert pipe is manufactured from galvanised steel coil material with Z600 surface coating and has demonstrated over many years high levels of durability in a wide variety of applications.

Specifications:
Duraduct Culvert pipe are manufactured to comply with the relevant provision of NZS:4405-1986 Helical Lock-seam Culvert Pipe and should be installed in accordance with NZS:4406-1986.

Duraduct’s culvert design properties have been detailed by Thornton Consultants Limited, with registered structural and civil engineers, in conjunction with independent testing by Uniservices Limited who provide both Hydraulic and lock-seam data.
