Locker Group's rubber panels are available in a range of modular sizes to fit many popular screening models. In addition, Locker Group will custom design panels to suit any application, including a range of durometer hardness's, with a special compound formulated for difficult screening applications.

Locker Group's rubber screening products include;
  • Moulded Rubber panels
  • Rubber Cross tensioned mats
  • Impact Liners
  • Trommel Screens
and are specified depending on the impact and conditions on site.

Rubber panel screening systems offer high resistance to impact, and can support high open areas for large feed materials. Rubber panels work well in high moisture, dry screening applications.

Locker Group can supply rubber panels suitable for retrofitting to most popular fixing systems.

Rubber moulded panels are available in either soft or hard Duro rubber. soft Duro is more flexible, while the hard Duro material is more suited to coarse scalping applications.

Self cleaning rubber screens can reduce blinding and pegging problems, even when screening sticky materials with high moisture content, or a high percentage of near sized materials. When installed in a vibrating (shaker) screen, the flexibility of the Locker Group rubber screens present a lively surface, with an amplitude greater than the stroke of the machine.

This action, combined with the specifically designed tapered openings, make the screen self cleaning. Fine materials don't build up on the screen surface.

Locker Group can also manufacture high open area, flexible panels, designed for difficult screening applications, in various formulations of rubber.

Various fixing systems are available to suit most popular modular systems, including pin, pin and sleeve and snap-on hold down bars.
